DESCRIPTION:The Plant City Merry Market is an annual marketplace shopping experience\, bringing together boutique-style vendors\, one-of-a-kind crafters\, and local artisans. Held indoors the air-conditioned Plant City High School\, this market was created in 2017 and has grown larger every year – with 2025 poised to make it the largest community market place event in Plant City! \nWith space for 140+ vendors\, this large scale event showcases a variety of holiday gifts such as home décor\, apparel\, jewelry\,  and handmade crafts and more. If you are interested in showcasing your products as a vendor at this event\, please purchase a vendor ticket below. \n\n  \nVENDOR GUIDELINES \n\nDeadline for all applications is Friday November 14\, 2025 – no refunds past this date\nEach vendor spot is approximately 100 sq feet (10ft x 10ft)\nBooth costs are reflected in ticket pricing\nDoors open at 7:00 AM on the day of the event\nVendors MUST be setup and REMOVE their vehicle from the loading area no later than 9:30 AM on the day of the event\nVendors may purchase an optional “pre-setup” pass to allow setup the night before the event.\nAll items for sale must be in good taste and not offensive\nVendors are responsible for their own tables\, chairs and displays\nVendors booths must be staffed at all times during the event\nVendors MUST not break down their booth earlier than 2:30 PM on the day of the event\nVendors are responsible for their own tax and income reporting\nFood vendors must follow all department of health regulations\n\nSEATING MAP \n***NOTE***\nPlease DO NOT press the payment button twice while payment is being processed. This could result in multiple payments for your tickets. The registration form is automating payment\, ticketing\, registration and emails and takes a minute or so to process.  For all inquiries and support regarding payment\, please EMAIL MerryMarketPCHS@Gmail.com.
