The Plant City Merry Market is an annual marketplace shopping experience, bringing together boutique-style vendors, one-of-a-kind crafters, and local artisans. Held indoors the air-conditioned Plant City High School, this market was created in 2017 and has grown larger every year – with 2025 poised to make it the largest community market place event in Plant City!

With space for 140+ vendors, this large scale event showcases a variety of holiday gifts such as home décor, apparel, jewelry, and handmade crafts and more.

VENDOR GUIDELINES

Deadline for all vendor applications is November 14, 2025
Each vendor will be assigned a spot 10’x10’
Booth Costs Are Reflected in the Ticket Ordering and Vary With Booth Type
Gates will open at 7am December 6th to allow for set up
Vendors May Purchase an Optional Pre-Setup Pass to Setup the Day Prior to Event
All vendors must be set up and all vehicles removed from the area by 9:30 am
All items for sale must be in good taste. No offensive material will be allowed
Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, and display setups
Booths must be open and staffed during the show, no take down or removal before 2pm
Vendors are responsible for following all tax and reporting guidelines
Food Vendors are to follow all Health Department rules and regulations

* Vendors are responsible for their property at all times. PCHS PTSA will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items. The school is locked and gated overnight.

** Failure to follow these rules will result in being asked to leave and/or termination of your involvement in future Merry Markets

REGISTRATION FORM

Indoor Booths are 10×10 and cost $100. Outdoor Booths are $75.

Large Food Truck Spaces are $150

Availability limited and provided on a first come, first serve basis. Not all registrations may be accepted. We will limit duplicate booths.
